The Pointe, located in South Palm Springs, is a very well maintained community of 42 condos, all surrounding the community pools and spas, as well as the tennis courts. Current HOA dues for the community are $605 per month (as of 2023). The Pointe is managed by Personalized Property Management (760-325-9500).
