Just sold: 1958 Mid-century ranch-style home designed by Palmer & Krisel, and built by the Alexander Construction Co.

The first project of 39 tract homes Palmer and Krisel designed were built in 1956 in the Twin Palms neighborhood of Palm Springs, south of Highway 111. Later, in 1958, the tract homes were built in the more central neighborhood of Sunrise Park.  The homes there were generally 3 br and 2 baths spread over a open feel 1296 sq ft footprint. All homes were on at least a quarter acre lot. The main differences with the Sunrise Park Alexander homes was the roof lines which were either flat (modern), A frame, or ranch style as is this particular home located at 238 N Burton Way.   This particular home sold for $620,000 on March 2, 2015.
