Ridgeview, a gated community community in South Palm Springs which offers two swimming pools and spas, and two tennis courts. Current HOA dues are $190/month.
The lease land is currently set to expire in 2047, and is approximately $1382 per year, per unit. Negotiations to either purchase or extend the lease are supposedly underway.
