Safari Park is 55+ community. The low monthly rents, which are generally between $635 and $700 per month, include water/trash/sewer, access to the community pool & spa, clubhouse with a library and game room, as well as shuffleboard and horseshoe game areas. The park approval is mandatory prior to purchase. Pets are limited to 35 lbs and there are no short term rentals allowed.
