Palm Desert Resort Country Club is a fabulous community perfect for walking, riding bicycles, or just relaxing poolside. The community offers an 18 hole championship golf course, 20 community pools and spas, and 14 tennis courts. There is a yearly $389 social membership fee. The ~$540 monthly HOAs cover water, insurance, roofs, the grounds, and overall maintenance of pools and tennis.
